These terms apply when you use the NEXTDROP online store or place an order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have legal capacity to purchase.

### Products and offers

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Screen colors and small details can appear slightly different in person. DROP 001 offers are sold as pairs: one pair contains two adjustable straps. Bundle quantities and selected colors are shown before checkout.

### Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars. Orders are paid by cash on delivery unless another method is clearly offered at checkout. The product subtotal, discount, and delivery charge are shown before the order is placed.

### Order acceptance and stock

Submitting checkout is a request to purchase. Orders remain subject to stock availability, address coverage, and confirmation. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order affected by incorrect information, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, or a clear pricing or technical error.

### Delivery and cancellations

Delivery is governed by our Shipping policy. You may request cancellation before receiving the order by contacting +961 71 040 391. If the parcel is already with the courier, contact us immediately and do not accept it.

### Returns and defects

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return and refund policy and applicable Lebanese law. Products must be used only as directed and should not be overstretched or attached to delicate belt loops.

### Website use

You may use this store only for lawful personal shopping. You may not interfere with the store, misuse its content, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or abusive orders.

### Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, NEXTDROP is not responsible for indirect losses or for damage caused by misuse, overstretching, incompatible clothing, or failure to follow product guidance. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

### Privacy and changes

Use of personal information is described in our Privacy policy. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on the store. The version in effect when an order is placed applies to that order.
